The TE-6070BLX is a high volume air sampler engineered for 40 CFR Part 50, Appendix J compliant PM10 particulate monitoring. Mass Flow Control Technology

The mass flow controller adjusts motor speed as the filter media collects particulate to maintain a constant flow rate throughout the entire sample duration. The Mass Flow Controller uses a hot wire anemometer inserted into the flow channel that detects changes in thermal mass to increase or decrease motor speed.
