      The SF18040 is a high-purity PTFE membrane filter specifically designed for PM2.5 ambient air monitoring applications. Conforms to EPA PM2.5 reference method under the requirements for 40 CFR part 50 Appendix L and serves as a direct replacement for Whatman 7592-104. Each 46.2mm filter features pore size 2.0 µm with a chemically resistant polypropylene support ring for enhanced durability and handling.

      Technical Design

      Cobetter PM2.5 PTFE membrane filter is especially designed for PM2.5 air sampling. It is made by high purity PTFE film, structured a thin flat filter with chemically resistant polypropylene support rings, for better handling. PTFE membranes are extremely hydrophobic and exhibit superior chemical compatibility, making them ideal for collecting fine particulate matter in challenging environmental conditions. Membrane printed with sequential numbers for easy recording and tracking.
