TE-106 charts are 4-inch flow recording charts designed for 24-hour monitoring periods with high volume air samplers. These charts provide a permanent written record of pressure variations over a 24-hour sampling period, documenting flow rate performance to verify EPA compliance throughout the sampling cycle. Each box contains 100 individual charts for extended operational capability.
Flow Monitoring Documentation
The chart recorder attaches to the motor back pressure tap and continuously records pressure variations on the 4-inch circular chart format. This pressure data enables operators to verify that the sampler maintained consistent flow rates throughout the 24-hour sampling period, which is critical for accurate particulate concentration calculations and regulatory compliance.

Replacement Schedule

Used charts should be retained as part of the sampling documentation required for EPA compliance reporting.
