Anodized Aluminum Shelter Front Panel, Solid SKU: TE-5001-1

The TE-5001-1 is the solid front panel for Tisch Environmental's TE-5001 anodized aluminum TSP shelter system. This precision-manufactured aluminum panel serves as the front face of the protective enclosure housing TSP high volume air sampling equipment in outdoor ambient monitoring applications.

Design and Construction

The anodized aluminum shelter design allows particulate matter to be drawn onto the filter from all four sides while providing rugged construction to withstand outdoor elements with minimal maintenance. The solid front configuration provides complete weather protection while maintaining proper aerodynamic flow characteristics essential for EPA 40 CFR 50, Appendix B TSP reference method compliance.

Applications

This front panel is designed for TSP monitoring applications where the sampler collects total suspended particulates in ambient air at flow rates between 39-60 cfm. Applications include ambient air monitoring to determine suspended particulate levels relative to air quality standards and environmental compliance monitoring.

Compatibility

The TE-5001-1 solid front panel is compatible with all TE-5001 shelter configurations and works with the complete range of Tisch TSP sampling systems. For installations requiring mass flow controller access, the alternative TE-5001-1-H front panel with probe hole is available. The complete TE-5001 shelter system includes the anodized aluminum shelter, gabled roof (TE-5001-10), and associated shelter components.
