This microprocessor-based system establishes traceability to primary standards via a certified orifice transfer standard, ensuring compliance with 40 CFR Part 50, Appendix B TSP and 40 CFR Part 50, Appendix J PM10 reference methods.
Advanced Microprocessor Technology
The 32-bit microprocessor instantly calculates and displays both ambient and EPA standard flow rates on a 2.8-inch LCD display. Built-in ambient temperature and barometric pressure sensors automatically compensate for environmental conditions, correcting sample volumes to EPA's standard temperature (25°C) and pressure (760 mm Hg) without manual calculations.
Complete Calibration Kit
Each TE-HVC-V includes a precision calibration orifice, top load adapter plate, protective carrying case, and NIST-traceable calibration certificate. The system works with both TSP samplers operating at 1.1-1.7 m³/min (39-60 ft³/min) and PM10 samplers requiring accurate flow control for proper particle size separation.
