The TE-PUFPLUS is a high volume air sampler specifically engineered for polyurethane foam (PUF) sampling of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and airborne pesticides in ambient air. This system meets EPA requirements for methods TO-4A, TO-9A, and TO-13A, making it compliant for regulatory ambient air quality monitoring programs.

Dual-Phase Collection Technology

The sampler uses a dual sampling module that collects airborne particulates onto filter paper media in the upper chamber while capturing vapor-phase contaminants onto polyurethane foam in the lower chamber. This configuration enables comprehensive collection of both particle-bound and gaseous organic compounds in a single sampling event.

PLUS Controller Technology

The PLUS technology flow controller uses ambient temperature, ambient pressure, and orifice differential pressure to maintain the set flow rate, providing the most accurate flow control available. Key features include:

Motor and Maintenance

The brush-style motor uses carbon motor brushes to conduct current within the electric motor.
