    The TE-5170DV is a high volume air sampler configured for total suspended particulate (TSP) sampling in compliance with EPA reference method requirements. This method provides a measurement of the mass concentration of total suspended particulate matter in ambient air for determining compliance with national ambient air quality standards.

    Technical Operation

    The VFC (Volumetric Flow Control) system uses differential pressure measurement to maintain consistent volumetric flow rate across varying field conditions. This automated flow control reduces operator intervention and ensures sampling accuracy throughout the 24-hour collection period. The digital timer provides precise programming capabilities for repeatable sampling schedules and automated start/stop functions.
