Billing Information

Making transactional processes simple is a key component of customer service. To help ensure a world-class customer experience, Tisch Scientific accommodates multiple payment methods. Customers may submit payment by mailing a check to the remittance address below, sending a wire transfer, using ACH, credit cards, or PayPal. If a payment is made using ACH or another form of bank transfer, the customer is responsible for all additional fees, charges, or costs above and beyond the previous order total. Other payment options may become available if there is enough demand to warrant a change in this policy.

Net Payment Terms (updated Feb. 21, 2025)

Customers may request Net-30 payment terms if they have established qualified order volume, payment history, and an acceptable credit status. For detailed information on qualifying requirements, please contact customer service through the Special Request Form. Educational institutions within the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico may qualify for immediate Net-30 terms at the discretion of Tisch Scientific. Please note that failure to pay within the agreed-upon terms, may void Net-30 payment authorization or place the customer's account into a hold status. Customers who have earned a hold status may release this status by submitting all delinquent payments.
