The ZA-3500 delivers 3.5 LPM of ultra-high-purity zero air for laboratories and analytical testing environments that need a dependable, on-demand source of clean zero air.
Designed for consistent analytical performance, the ZA-3500 removes major contaminants to extremely low levels, including SO₂, H₂S, NO, NO₂, NH₃, and hydrocarbons below 0.5 ppb. It also reduces O₃ and CO to below 1 ppb, helping provide clean background air for sensitive laboratory instruments and analyzer systems.
Integrated CO₂ Removal
The ZA-3500 features integrated CO₂ scrubbing to reduce CO₂ concentration to less than 1 ppm. This makes it especially useful for applications where low-background air is required, including flame ionization detection, emissions testing, environmental monitoring, and other analytical methods that depend on stable baseline conditions.
Dry Output for Analytical Applications
With a dew point of -100°F / -73°C, the ZA-3500 delivers dry, clean output air for demanding analytical requirements. Its low-contaminant performance helps support consistent results in gas chromatography, emissions analysis, air monitoring, and instrument-grade clean air applications.
Compact, Flexible Installation
The ZA-3500 is built on a compact, low-noise platform that can be used on a benchtop or wall-mounted in a lab, analyzer room, or instrumentation setup. Standard 1/4" NPT connections make installation straightforward for many analytical and environmental systems.
Cylinder-Free Zero Air Supply
The ZA-3500 provides zero air on demand, helping reduce reliance on traditional zero air cylinders. Its clean output, compact design, and integrated contaminant removal make it a practical option for labs looking for a reliable zero air source without the handling and replacement needs of compressed gas cylinders.
