    Featuring a rugged Celcon acetal copolymer body that accepts standard 13mm membrane discs, this Swinney filter holder is optimized for small volume (1 to 5 mL) particulate removal from fluids dispensed with a syringe. The unit provides a 0.8 cm2 filtration area and accepts a 10mm prefilter cap. An exterior locking ring and inlet cap design seal the membrane by simple hand tightening, locking the inlet cap into the base to prevent twisting damage while permitting bi-directional sample flow. The holder is broadly resistant to alcohols, esters, ethers, glycols, aromatic hydrocarbons, halogenated hydrocarbons, ketones, oils, photoresists and many other chemicals.
