Featuring a naturally hydrophilic cellulose acetate membrane with very low protein binding, this 13mm syringe filter delivers fast, clean sample preparation for aqueous and organic solutions. The 1.2um membrane provides clarification and particulate removal while minimizing analyte loss, and the ultrasonically welded acrylic housing bidirectionally supports the membrane for injection or aspiration. Each filter carries a 0.76 cm squared effective filtration area and a holdup volume of less than 50 microliters to conserve costly samples.
