Featuring a low ash hardened cellulose medium made of refined pulp and pure cotton linters with an alpha-cellulose content of nearly 100%, this 125mm qualitative filter paper disc delivers the very slow flow and high retention needed for the most difficult clarifications. As GVS Grade DXS05, it provides the lowest rate of filtration in the qualitative range and the maximum degree of fine particle retention, capturing particles in the 3 to 5 micron range. Each disc carries an ash content of less than 0.06% that is not reduced by post-treatment, supporting clean, reliable qualitative analysis.
