A sterilizing-grade syringe filter carries manufacturer bacterial retention testing built into the design, giving analysts documented sterile-grade performance without repeating that testing in-house for the format. The Anotop membrane turns optically clear once wetted with liquid while admitting water-based reagents on contact, skipping any preconditioning and holds a uniform capillary pore array. The polypropylene housing routes flow to minimize backpressure in service while resisting degradation from routine sample matrices and presses snugly against the membrane during the pass. Where bacterial contamination must stay out of the sample, manufacturer-tested retention keeps the instrument and downstream assay protected without a housing to maintain or clean.
