The Anotop membrane turns optically clear once wetted with liquid while presenting proteins with a permanently hydrophilic oxide surface and admits water-based reagents on contact, skipping any preconditioning. Polypropylene housing is factory-sterilized and packaged to preserve that state until use while staying inert across common laboratory solvents and sustains efficient flow on viscous samples. For routine sample preparation across many methods, each analytical run starts with a consistent, particle-free sample without added hardware or a cleaning step.
