Nylon Syringeless Filters - UN203NPENYL

By removing the separate filter and syringe from sample preparation, syringeless filters reduce setup time and limit the particulate carryover that can raise autosampler backpressure and shorten column life. The nylon membrane holds dimensional stability under rated backpressure while drawing aqueous samples through without a pre-wetting step and tolerates alcohols and aliphatic and aromatic solvents. The PP housing sustains efficient flow on viscous samples while resisting aqueous acids, bases, and alcohols and maintains housing integrity through the filtration run. Standardized this way, sample preparation becomes one of the most controlled and repeatable steps in the analytical workflow.
