A sterilizing-grade syringe filter delivers point-of-use sterile filtration in a single-use format, without the housing and gasket maintenance a reusable stainless steel filter holder requires. Chemically inert PTFE resists attack from the harshest process chemistries while letting aqueous fluids penetrate on the first pass and delivers sterilizing-grade liquid retention at sub-micron pore sizes. The PP housing sustains efficient flow on viscous samples and stays inert across common laboratory solvents. Where bacterial contamination must stay out of the sample, manufacturer-tested retention keeps the instrument and downstream assay protected without a housing to maintain or clean.
