Syringe filters replace the separate holder and vacuum apparatus of bulk filtration with a single disposable unit, eliminating cleaning between samples. The polypropylene matrix delivers nominal retention with high dirt-loading capacity while resisting a broad range of organic solvents, acids, and bases in service and stays well suited to solvent-rich, non-aqueous specimens. The PP housing stays inert across common laboratory solvents and buffers in routine use while pressing snugly against the membrane during the pass and maintains a low-dead-volume internal flow path. Where bench-scale prep must move quickly from one sample to the next, each sample starts as clean as the last without a carry-over risk or a cleaning step between uses.
