Nylon withstands elevated differential pressures while wetting on contact with aqueous buffers and stays stable across pH 3 to 12. Polyolefin construction sheds virtually no extractable material into the sample while providing a factory-sterilized fluid path suited to aseptic sample preparation and resists degradation from routine sample matrices. Where analytical results depend on clean samples, the preparation step stays consistent from sample to sample through a pre-tested syringe filter.
