Featuring a naturally hydrophilic Nylon 66 filtration membrane sealed inside a one-step sample preparation device, these syringeless filter vials integrate an autosampler vial, filtration membrane, plunger insert, and precut septa cap into a single unit. The liquid sample is placed in the outer vial and dispensed by pressing the inner insert, pushing the sample through the 0.2um membrane so it is filtered and ready for analysis in a single press. With a 480ul chamber volume and 450ul filter capacity, the device measures 12mm in diameter by 32mm in height and operates with a compression force of 0.6 bar.
