Macrosep centrifugal devices concentrate mid-volume biomolecule samples of 5 to 20 milliliters by molecular-weight cutoff. Hydrophilic modified PES wets immediately for direct sample loading and concentrates biomolecules above the molecular-weight cutoff. When a method holds 5 to 20 milliliters of dilute sample, Macrosep ultrafiltration concentrates it at high recovery.
