Featuring a hydrophilic, low-binding polyethersulfone (PES) ultrafiltration membrane with a 10 kDa molecular weight cut-off, these centrifugal filter units concentrate and purify biological samples in standard 15 mL conical tubes. The vertical design and 3.5 cm2 active membrane area deliver fast sample processing and high recovery, accepting a maximum sample volume of 5.0 mL and producing a final concentrate volume of 40 to 100 microliters. An integrated deadstop prevents samples from spinning to dryness, protecting labile and poorly expressed targets during centrifugation.
