    Featuring a hydrophilic polyethersulfone (PES) membrane with a 0.45um pore size, this PFAS-free verified syringeless filter vial integrates an auto-sampler vial, filtration membrane, plunger, and pre-cut septa cap into a single one-step sample preparation device. Sample is placed in the external vial and dispensed by pressing the internal insert, pushing the liquid through the membrane so the filtered sample is ready for analysis. The dark green color codes the 0.45um PES variant for fast visual identification, and each unit measures 12mm diameter by 32mm height with a chamber volume of 480ul, a filtering capacity of 450ul, and a dead volume of just 30ul.
