Featuring a thin, microporous polycarbonate film with precisely defined, cylindrical track-etched pores, these 25mm membrane discs deliver predictable size separation at a 5.0um pore size. The membrane is produced from a single integral polycarbonate film and treated with a polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) wetting agent, rendering it hydrophilic so it can process aqueous samples without pre-wetting. The smooth, flat, glass-like surface captures all particles larger than the pore size directly on the surface, making the membrane well suited to microscopic analysis. Each pack contains 100 nonsterile, ungridded white discs.
