Tisch Scientific polypropylene membrane rolls are a pure hydrocarbon material, which ensures safe disposal when comparing it's halogen content with other hydrophobic membrane materials such as PTFE and PVDF. Polypropylene membranes do not have to be pre-wet prior to application, reducing the need for cytotoix wetting agents that could later be extracted. This membrane material is suitable for various aqueous and organic solvent filtration applications. Due to the negligible protein binding this membrane material offers they are efficient in providing maximum sample recovery.

This product has not been established as a suitable replacement for N95 mask material or any other PPE application. In addition, please be aware that we are not able to accept any returned products.
