Polypropylene (PP) syringe filters are designed for aqueous or organic solutions that have high levels of debris and for difficult-to-filter solutions. It's a hydrophilic membrane with a wide range of chemical compatibility with organic solvents. Versatile and cost effective with a long list of chemical resistances such as acids, bases, alcohols, and esters. It's highly solvent resistant and a low non-specific adsorbing material, which gives you max protein recovery for critical analysis.

Syringe Filters w/ 3 Pre-Filters can process three to seven times more sample volume than standard syringe Filters, and are an alternative solution to Cytiva's GD/X series of syringe filters. The 3 Pre-Filter construction (GF, GF and PP) facilitates exceptional loading capacity with fast flow rates. This prevents the buildup of backpressure typically caused by the blocking of an unprotected membrane.
