Featuring a laminated polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane bonded to a polypropylene support, these 0.22um, 47mm hydrophobic discs deliver very small particulate capture in applications using strong acids or aggressive solvents such as alcohols. The PTFE structure is expanded into a three-dimensional web-like network of microscopic pores that captures particulate on its surface while allowing air and gases to pass easily, and the polypropylene support adds durability for easy handling.
