Featuring a hydrophobic PTFE membrane sealed within an all-in-one sample preparation device, this Separa syringeless filter vial integrates a self-sampling system, filtration membrane, auto-sampler vial, and a precut septa cap into a single unit. The 0.2um PTFE membrane delivers superior chemical resistance for strong acids and aggressive organic solvents, while the single-step plunger design filters and presents the sample ready for autosampler loading. Liquid is placed in the outer vial and dispensed by pressing the inner insert, pushing the sample through the membrane. The device provides a chamber volume of 480ul, a filter capacity of 450ul, and a dead volume as low as 30ul, with a compression force of 0.6 bar (8 psi).
