Featuring an all-in-one syringeless filtration design, these filter vials integrate a self-sampling system, hydrophobic PTFE membrane, plunger, and a precut septa cap into a single disposable device. The internal insert holds a membrane chamber with a 480 microliter chamber volume and a 450 microliter filtering capacity, while the 0.45um PTFE membrane delivers reliable clarification of aqueous and organic solvent samples. Liquid placed in the outer vial is dispensed by pressing the inner insert, pushing the sample through the membrane so it is ready to load directly into an autosampler.
