Featuring a naturally hydrophilic 0.45um PVDF membrane integrated into an all-in-one syringeless vial, this device combines a self-sampling system, filtration membrane, autosampler vial, and a precut septa cap into a single one-step sample preparation tool. Liquid is placed in the outer vial and dispensed by pressing the inner insert, pushing the sample through the membrane so it is filtered and ready to load into the autosampler. The orange-coded device has a chamber volume of 480ul, a filter capacity of 450ul, and a dead volume as low as 30ul, withstanding a maximum operating temperature of 50C. The construction is PFAS-free and supplied nonsterile in packs of 100.
