Naturally hydrophilic nylon accepts water-based samples without surfactant preconditioning while withstanding elevated differential pressures and arrives factory sterile for immediate single-use workflows. Polypropylene construction maintains a low-dead-volume internal flow path and ships pre-sterilized with individual packaging for aseptic filtration workflows. Where bacterial contamination must stay out of the sample, manufacturer-tested retention keeps the instrument and downstream assay protected without a housing to maintain or clean.
