Nylon stays stable across pH 3 to 12 and wicks moisture into the disc on contact. Thermal-bonded PP construction leaves no seam for sample to bypass the membrane while staying inert across common laboratory solvents and sheds virtually no extractable material into the sample. When sample preparation calls for a sterile filtrate at the point of injection, sterilizing-grade absolute retention delivers it directly, protecting the analytical method from microbial interference.
