A syringe filter's small hold-up volume limits sample loss, a meaningful difference when working with a limited or precious sample. The polypropylene membrane holds up to aggressive process chemistries while delivering nominal retention with high dirt-loading capacity and keeps water out during solvent and gas-purge steps. Polypropylene construction maintains a low-dead-volume internal flow path while pressing snugly against the membrane during the pass and arrives factory-sterilized and individually sealed for sterile use. Where bench-scale prep must move quickly from one sample to the next, each sample starts as clean as the last without a carry-over risk or a cleaning step between uses.
