FTA Elute chemistry elutes purified nucleic acid for downstream use and pairs with optional Proteinase K and QIAshredder cleanup. When a protocol calls for nucleic acid in solution, FTA Elute releases stabilized DNA and RNA into aqueous buffer for downstream prep.
